1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in the original condition.

    • In the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that cannot be returned:

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Sale or clearance items (if explicitly marked as non-returnable).

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Number with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Ship the product back using a reliable courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
