  1. Product Range: Doecraft sells high-quality leather goods, designed and manufactured in-house by J.K. International.

  2. Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the supply of any product at our discretion.

  3. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

    • Due to natural variations in leather, colors, texture, and patterns may differ slightly from images shown online.

    • Measurements and sizes provided are approximate; minor variations may occur.

  4. Personalization & Customization: Currently, we do not offer customized or personalized products.

3. Orders & Payments

  1. Order Acceptance: By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be successfully completed before shipment unless COD is chosen.

  3. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. This confirms receipt of your order, but does not constitute acceptance until the order is verified.

  4. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if there is any suspicion of fraud, unauthorized payment, or technical error.

  5. Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery Area: We currently ship only within India.

  2. Shipping Fees: All orders enjoy free standard shipping.

  3. Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics, holidays, or unforeseen events.

  4. Courier Partners: We may use multiple courier partners to ensure timely delivery. Customers cannot request a specific courier.

  5. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your items carefully at the time of delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Return Window: Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • All tags and accessories must be intact.

    • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment methodwithin 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

  5. Exchanges:

    • Customers may exchange products for another item of equal or lesser value.

    • For exchanges, customers must follow the return process and place a new order.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  7. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items or products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property
