  • Deliveries are made to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India.

  • At present, we do not ship internationally.

  • All orders on Doecraft.com enjoy free standard shipping.

  • No additional charges are applicable unless otherwise specified during promotional offers.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner handling your order.

  • While we strive to deliver products promptly, please note that delivery may take longer during:

    • Peak seasons (festivals, sales, holidays)

    • Unexpected courier delays

    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest)

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


4. Courier Partners

  • We use multiple courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Customers cannot request a specific courier, as shipping is assigned based on location and operational efficiency.


5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after order verification.

  • Processing time may be longer during high-demand periods.


6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

  • The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Customers should inspect packages upon receipt. Any visible damage should be reported to us immediately.


7. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

  • If an order is not delivered due to incorrect address details or inability to reach the customer, the package may be returned to Doecraft.com.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped due to customer error.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a product is damaged during transit or lost by the courier, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, subject to verification.
